Really Nice. Don't want to sidetrack this thread but Cypress at Trinity Groves (shown in the foreground above or in the aerial in the first post) is on the 2nd or 3rd floor by the way. It looks like it will be great at street level and compliments the incubator and park well. Just to give an idea of how this proposed building's surrounding will feel
