I think its a blessing in disguise. Hopefully a prominent developer like Extell, Vornado or Stern can jump on this site.

I wouldn't worry. This site has potential. Something bigger will rise here. In this boom, a 700 footer can be lost, for a brief time, but we have so much going on that this tower is nada.
