Lots going on. Hopefully the designs get a little better with time.
1) 105 Green St - I actually liked the old building more, had an interesting industrial look. Now it's clean but generic. I wonder how long the bank buildings next door will last.
2) Kinda surprised that they moved KAM's to a low-rise retail building in an area that's seeing lots of redevelopment into large apartment complexes.
3) Sad to see a lot of the old Greek houses / mansions being demolished.
