I rode my bike down Maryland Avenue this morning and noticed that Parkway Community Church is being demolished. Parkway was the last structure on the south side of Maryland just before reaching SR51, right next to the Roman Roads condominiums and Richardson's restaurant. Apparently, the church is going to be replaced with a multi-housing development known as "Madison Square." I don't have any details beyond that.
