I in other words if PropertyGuys was gaining market share every year than that could possibly change the number on your chart a bit. (aka possibly flat home sales instead of a slight decline since 2010). That said the first few months of the year don't tell the whole story as most homes are sold in the summer if I'm not mistaken.
