AeroCaribe of Mexico is preparing for the first Fokker 100s. The Fokker jets will replace the carrier's DC-9s from 2005, and the airline is training staff in preparation for the new arrivals. Aerocaribe will acquire up to eight Fokkers from Mexicana, a partner carrier, and the aircraft will be used on the regional and commuter routes which feed Mexicana's hub in Mexico City.
