Note the pale rectangle between the outer island and the boulevard in both the vintage shot and the October 2011 Google view below. FWIW, the street that separates the dealership and the flower shop appears to intersect Ventura and is labled Tyrone ave. The listing for the Flower shop places it on Ventura.
