The location for the parkade is atrocious from a hospital patient/visitor perspective. There is also supposed to be underground parking in a couple of the new buildings but the parkade location is about the worst one possible. There was initial discussion of a pedway or underground walkway to the QEII building but no mention of it here. I would have more confidence if the whole thing didn't seem to be drawn up on the back of an envelope the night before the committee meeting.

Having said all that the Bengal Lancer issue is insignificant and I imagine the Wanderers concerns can be dealt with easily enough. The Museum will likely eventually need to be relocated. As always, Halifax hates any change.
