^^^ Which im all for. Get rid of the freeweay lined digital signs. As someone who commutes daily on the 5, having traffic flow amazingly north bound (in the evening) just to get to the citadel where it slows down to a crawl because a few morons slow just to see the digital ads is really annoying. Literally saw a lady take both hands off the wheel to take a picture with her cellphone of a sale ad. Ridiculous.
