Most of those cities, you’ve never even heard of other areas or sub-markets in their cities. As a Morehouse Man, I have to say...a lot of these comments are extremely small minded and has not one ounce of understanding the big picture.
This is so true. In most cities downtown is as good as it gets so they expect the same thing in LA, without realizing that people who had options started heading for the hills and beaches over a hundred years ago...
