No, currently the 6th (7th? can't tell too well from that angle) floor is being poured; the 4th floor, which is the first floor pictured with the curved edges, is the first floor of the hotel - as for those first few floors, the curve of the cantilever will not be noticeable, only at the edges; not until you get towards the end of the hotel portion (floors 12 -18 perhaps) will the curve be more pronounced.
