We're on a huge infill build right now (approx. 20 projects mostly ranging from 5-10 stories within a 1.5 mile radius of central downtown) so it's fantastic.. As far as the parking podium, that's a good question my friend. We all wonder these things sometimes... There are a lot of ridiculous parking requirements (some projects are going 1.5:1 / 1.25:1 parking ratios), and depending on who you are, some say our transit system 'isn't quite there yet' to be totally car-less.
