I only wish it looked that decent nowadays in the lobby. With the installment of the 2nd floor during WWll, you wouldnt have a clue that it at one time looked so nice, its very plain and dull now. The only upside is that they did keep all of the detailed ceiling work, only now you can only see it if you go into the "mezz bar".
The average person here doesnt realize that this was once the ceiling of the lobby, they just think that it was some crazy overly detailed really low ceilinged bar.
