It's annoying they can't actually link whatever PUD/zoning/pre-app that they're going for.
I don't quite understand how Macerich is positioning this mall to be some urban destination when they have this 5 acre greenspace on the corner of 32nd St and Tatum...either have the greenspace be a public facility or not.
Seems like they're going to gut the former Sears for this urban residential/community facility project as Macerich owns that parcel as well.
JC Penney and Macy's are dying off and of course those anchors are corporate owned...Metrocenter/Fiesta Mall-style anchor blight is probably foretold here with the exception of that gateway corner--store owners intend to keep their parcels and it's the Dillards on the NE corner that is on its way out.
