This project looks like a smaller Miami World Center. Looks like they took some cues from it. The expansive base with a tower jetting up from the center. Hmm... interesting design. The angles on the right tower (post 1 rendering) kinda remind me oddly of 10 Hudson. Has that alien like construct look to it
