The race is on between both super talls. Just look at the size of the Spiral. Will be one of the fattest towers in the city, one of the fattest, out of a bunch of monoliths rising or that will rise (270 Park for example).

In the image in post #904, you can kinda see the potential of the area. Some low-rises that could bite the dust or be bought and used in the form of assemblages to yield much larger towers in the future. Lots of potential for the final frontier in Manhattan (West Side).

But in the end, I think Midtown East will yield the future monoliths. 350 Park, 250 Park... are flavors of whats to come!
