[The North One]

I know nothing about the city so excuse me if I sound foolish, but whenever I see pictures of Rio I only see run down, gritty streetscapes. I don't ever see decent looking downtown areas or neighborhoods. In fact the only nice picture's of Rio that I've seen are the ones that are on the beach. I find that most Latin cities generally give me that impression.
