No other competitive gaming site fitting for a license will come remotely close to our project in terms of the economic impact on surrounding businesses. Because we are space constrained and can only accommodate about 1/3 of the projected hotel room night demand inside our facility, the remaining 2/3 of net new demand will go to other hotels in and around Times Square driving 636,000 room nights per year to our hotel neighbors.
That also creates jobs because we can only accommodate about 10% of the dining demand within our facility, the vast majority of visitors to Caesars Palace Times Square will eat out restaurants outside of the venue.
