I work near the bourse and am in there regularly. Maybe 4 or so of the vendors have closed, an indian place, a chocolate place and a couple other ones. I think part of the reason for the closures is that they just have a lot of stalls (so more opportunity for failure) and it is all local, ethnic or unique non chain kind of places so i am sure there is bound to be some things that just don't click. It is certainly a good place and it does tons of tourist business, but I wonder if perhaps there just won't be quite enough traffic for so many different options. Especially during the colder months. The other problem is that it is just a little too expensive. I would go much more often if I could get a solid lunch for $10 or under. But I just can't justify regularly spending more than $10 on lunch or getting the cheapest thing on the menu for $9 that isn't quite filling enough. All in all, solid place that definitely will succeed overall but might need some fine tuning.
