The RFP had a March 10th deadline, and lohud
reported that "about 30 people interested in development attended a voluntary site visit on Jan. 25". The same article mentions that the city is open to de-mapping Cedar Street, which runs behind the station, to allow for more sq. footage - but I think they'd need state approval to do that. Not sure what the status is on the bid, as they haven't mentioned it since they announced it.
The tricky part actually seems to be more of a possible major dilemma.
