Some minor adjustments have been made to this proposal at 12th Avenue North & Broadway on the western edge of downtown Nashville/north Gulch. The number of floors has dropped by 1 to 26, apartments down from 362 to 315, replacing 2 floors with 65k sq ft of office space atop a full-scale, 41k sq ft Whole Foods Market.
