LOL, yeah. Hard to believe that "mall" used to stand there. I once worked at that Macys on Fulton and at Metrotech, both practically neighbors. I spent many days up and down those streets. I was initially a litle concerned about the major changes, but I think it's coming along nicely. The area can support a lot more density, with practically every subway line passing through, and the LIRR.
