No pictures yet as I was driving by racing to my next meeting, but the site for the
Martin Expo Town Center at Olympic and Bundy (one block north of the Bundy Expo Line station) has been fenced off with
W. E. O'Neil signage, some very light demo on the existing buildings has begun (removing a few of the mansard roof panels), and I spied a couple of people in orange vests and hart hats touring the site. No heavy equipment yet, but it looks like this one is gearing up to start. This is great news, potentially, as it adds just over 500 residential units, including 100 affordable units within close proximity of transit. More of this, please!
