This is a massive development for Burlington. It is coming to the market just as real estate prices are skyrocketing

I hope prices in the GTA/Hamilton will stabilize so we won't get the peak and crash of the late 80's and early 90's. An interest rate increase of a couple of percent could cause another real estate crash in the GTA (unfortunately brilliant Donald Trump is pushing for higher interest rates ).
