PS: the open space on that block will soon be filled with a new modern building...about 500-600ft...
Here's a sneak peak of a nice river walk on the east side of the city. The blue building is almost done as well:

I know you guys have seen a picture close to this area but I updated it. First, I added terrain to a few areas around the river as well as most of the roads further away from the river, climbing up the hill. Second, you can see the really old building by the warehouse. And lastly, there is a new building behind the church...it's deceivingly tall as well. You can only see half and there are a lot of setbacks too:
This may be my favorite building in the city: It's called the Amerisquare Hotel and looks like an older building on the first floors and has a nice curtain wall system further up. (yes its supposed to be angled like that haha):
