Yeah I counted the floors too in the drawing a figured maybe the two parking levels were underground.

It does look too suburban but I trust theyll hash out a worthy design. But everything doesnt have to look like it was hammered out at sloss or use the same brick as uab or stick out like Cityville. It is going to be good looking no matter what they do since that area hungry for more development.
