I just realized my rendering is missing
5 towers and various mid-rises
between Cityplace and the Fort York neighbourhood.... essentially the western-most Blocks of the Railway Lands (located just east of Bathurst). The city is developing the northern portion and I think Wittington owns the rest.... amazing density one day.
Despite having different owners/developers... almost everything from the CNE to Skydome (between the rail corridor and Lakeshore) is being built from scratch and could be viewed as one enormous (almost seamless) urban renaissance.
