I did not post in the wrong thread. I am talking about the
RED Outlined Area that is at the corner of the same block next to Fubon. Why did they not take the opportunity to develop the whole block?
Those buildings within the Red outline are some of the oldest and the last remaining slum-looking buildings in Xinyi District, I believe they have been there since before I moved to Xinyi District in 1984.
