Several of the empty lots along that section of Ridge have plans for construction-- southeast corner of 13th/Ridge/Mt Vernon is getting a 38 unit building and northwest corner is getting a 6th unit building. Southeast corner of Ridge/Wallace is getting a 44 unit building. A batch of townhouses will go in between those two corners along Ridge. |
I can see the partial rendering on their projects page, but the link to the Venture Commons website from there loads as only a blank white page (in 3 different web browsers) with the page title: "Venture Commons | A 1960s Modular Library | Bold and unique design that matches the spirit of Francisville"
