Dallas Convention Center Hotel Proposal
I am personally unhappy with the idea of a knock off of Chicago's Lake Point Tower in a 12 story version for the Dallas Convention Center. The city council has recently proposed the hotel should be "iconic." So I hopped on SketchUp and took the proposal and did added my own "signature" to it. The building may not be perfect or exactly to scale (should be about 4:5 the size shown) but at least you get the idea. This is my version of an iconic tower:
