Hey CDA friends! I'm doing some traffic flow research and I'd love to find out what traffic is like in CDA. I looked over some info and it seems to me that I-90 is in terrible need of widening and improvements to its efficiency. With almost 140,000 people in the metro and being so close to the Spokane metro it looks like the current 4-lane I-90 configuration is inadequate. How is traffic in CDA? I'm very curious as to why this area seems so neglected by ITD for improvement. Thanks for your feedback!
