Exactly. Exactly!!!

This isn't the real-estate equivalent of an American car they are building. They are building the LaFerrari of towers, which is meticulously built for its beauty and aesthetic presence and skyline altering performance.

Quality takes time. Example being Verre or 111 W57th or even 220 CPS, which is still u/c, but a work of art.

If you want GM or Ford towers, look to Kaufman or Sam Chang, but I'll stick with the upper echelon of towers.
