I'm pretty sure Python has always been conceived as multi-tenant. What tenant could fill 2.7 million square feet on it's own? I'm pretty sure what we are seeing here is the first confirmed tenant for a Broccolini vertical warehouse concept which will see multiple fulfillment centres on one footprint. I can't imagine them going forward without at least one other full floor plate tenant signed up though, so maybe this will end up being an Amazon/Shopify/et al. building. Whatever happens it's certainly very cloak and dagger smoke and mirrors at this point.
