I think thats generally on track, we are just now really dabbling in international flights, we probably wont need a full international terminal for 20 years.

And as far away as it sounds planning for a new terminal in 2039 will begin in ~12 years.

I like the trenching of the railroad tracks. That could eventually tie into commuter rail.
