Not sure about the Maritimes (we're not part of that region, ) but here it doesn't take much. I've experienced a low-humidity 29C here, and that was fine. But when it's humid, 22-23 I start getting uncomfortable. So humidex values in the low 30s at day, or high 20s at night.
