Yeah, Sterling Bay is insane if they don't go up on that site. I would venture to say that it's possibly the most prime site in the city right now. Literally at the cross roads of Michigan Ave, the River, the new Riverwalk, Millennium Park, etc. etc. I would much rather purchase a condo in a 700' tower at 300 N Michigan than in Vista. This site has it all and hopefully Sterling Bay will take advantage of that.
