Sounds like.
Then again, 1350 sq. ft. is actually quite large if the space is used well.
Lots of people in this country grew up in 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes that were about that size (myself included
)
The more relevant figure is the $1,000/sq. ft. - which is a grip of cash, especially for that area (not downtown). Then again, there are going to be a lot of married couples both making well over $100, $150k each and that all of a sudden becomes 'attainable'.
