Yep. The mall is doing renovations, but the vacancies are starting to outpace the openings. It's the last battleground for malls here. Some will argue that Southland is still putting up a fight, but it's not for long really. H&M was supposed to be a big win, but I haven't seen it stem the weekend malaise at all and just a couple of years ago weekends were still fairly populated.
