Since there is no Victoria St or Ave in Dieppe, I suggest that the article should have read "Virginia". Dexter construction has started work to install a major size trunk sanitary sewer line beginning in the area of Paul Street extension and Virginia Ave. This is a likely location for a sewage pumping station.
I believe the sanitary sewer trunk line will run along the corridor lands reserved for a future extension of Paul Street, east across the marsh (highway 106) and then turn north to extend to Thomas Street.
