Looks like another piece of land from the 2015 fire in Downtown Bathurst has sold. The corner lot where the old Bank of Montreal Building was bought by the city a few months back. Now the land that the old Christies building was on has sold just before Christmas.

I know the city bought the corner lot to try to be able to entice developpment of that corner. Not sure if they are the ones who bought the Christies property for the same purposes or something else is afoot.
