The proposal is very impressive indeed, and the supertall, while not really as breathtaking and astonishing, IMHO, is a lot better looking and more original than the CITC. I actually thought this was actually for the Powelton Air Rights over the rail yard, but this project seems extend from Walnut to JFK Blvd.

It's still a good looking proposal, and hopefully the proposal will evolve into a better looking supertall tower and hopefully a new intercity bus station nearby 30th St Station, since we're talking about a transportation hub as well as an office and residential district!!!
