I had grand jury duty for 4 months one time and I'm pretty familiar with that garage. They always stop you when you drive in, but I don't think the cops at the entrance will normally give you a second glance later in the day when stepping into the elevator to get back to your car. So either enter by foot, or enter at 8am if you want to drive in and lie about having jury duty.
