Yeah, that's really important to me. I hate that there's so many vacancies in downtown Memphis, but thankfully it's a city that's not to quick to tear down old buildings.

Economically, Memphis seems to have all the right ingredients for a great decade... steady stream of new energy, great creative class, growing medical industry. The only thing missing now is putting more investment into downtown. I hope the people of Memphis will see how amazing their historic city is and start putting more investment into it.
