Three and four are my favorites, and I'm leaning towards the 'lunar base' one as my favorite, just because of all the green spaces and additional features. Thing that scares me on that one is that is clearly states '9000' seats...has to be a minimum of 10,000 fixed seats.
That one with the 'colored thingy' on top is bloody hideous (holy 1970)!
