Plans are to construct a zero energy building in St. Louis' Midtown/CORTEX area designed by St. Louis-based H.O.K. architects.
After a yearlong research effort and virtual design exercise, an integrated design team, led by global architectural firm HOK and energy and daylighting consultant The Weidt Group, has determined that it is possible to create an economically priced, zero emissions Class A office building at a potential site in midtown St. Louis, Mo., for the
