The building is leaking like a sieve due to poor workmanship at the window and sheathing waterproofing and the brick must be removed to redo all the exterior waterproofing. This also happened at another building at Mueller.
The scary thing is that if this is happening at Mueller which, in theory, would have strict design standards and regular inspection, imagine what might be happening at the cheap "luxury," gulags developers are throwing up all over the metro area.
