hahaha, you are funny...Minneapolis has been so far from Development starved for 20 years. Does a building have to be over 40 stories to count as development? Minneapolis has added over 15,000 people since the last census...There was also a fairly big office and cultural building boom in the early 2000's...plus two new stadiums. There has been TONS of development in Minneapolis the past 20 years, believe me. I don't even know the official count of new apartment units in the city the past 5 years, but I think it is 10,000+
