The building you list as Chase Tower is actually the Cotter Ranch Tower, it has never been named the Chase tower. It is incorrectly referred to as Chase Tower because of the Chase logo on the side. It was first the Liberty bank tower, then BankOne tower , then renamed after purchase by the Cotter Ranch Properties to Cotter Ranch Tower.
