I don't know exactly but I have this nagging thought in the back of my mind that it was occupied by MT&T. Maybe they had some switching equipment or similar infrastructure in there?

It is also interesting to see the old streetcar shed next to the power plant. I didn't realize it survived into the 70's. It seems like it would have been an interesting building had it been preserved.

I'm pretty sure that was around into the 1990s. I remember walking past it around that time.
