But good climate is one thing it does not have and no boosting about anything can change this.

Your summers are basically an extended spring with a few exceptions and your winters are well, winters.
Chinooks do break it up once in a while but thats not the norm on average.
Great city, great people, great economy, terrible climate.
Thats the way it is.
